How we handle your information
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. About this policy
Medi 3.0 ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Medithree Information Technology Consultant FZE. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you visit medi-3.io or contact us through this website.
It covers this website only. When the Medi 3.0 application is released, a separate privacy policy will apply to it.
2. Information you give us
The only way you send us personal information through this site is the contact form. It asks for:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your company or organisation (optional)
- The topic you choose from the list (launch updates, a question, partnership, media, or other)
- Your message (optional)
There is no account, no login and no sign-up on this website. The white paper can be downloaded directly, without giving us any information.
3. Information collected automatically
- Access records: our hosting provider records standard server information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Language setting: when you switch between English and Japanese, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name "medi-lang". It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
- Web fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
4. What we do not collect
To be explicit, this website does not collect any of the following:
- Health or medical information of any kind
- Wallet addresses, private keys or recovery phrases
- Credit card or payment details
- Advertising or tracking cookies — we use no analytics service and no advertising network
We will never ask you for a private key, a recovery phrase or a payment in order to take part in Medi 3.0. Any message that does is a scam and did not come from us.
5. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry
- To send you the launch and early-access updates you asked for
- To keep a record of enquiries and improve our materials
- To protect the site from spam and abuse
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond those listed above without asking you first.
6. Where your information is stored
Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website and handles the form, and are then delivered to our mailbox on Google Workspace. Both providers operate servers overseas, including in the United States. By sending the form you agree to your information being transferred and stored in this way.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for up to three years after our last correspondence with you, and then delete them. You may ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
8. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:
- the service providers named in this policy, acting on our instructions
- professional advisers, or public authorities, where we are required to do so by law
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Send your request to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time — simply reply and tell us to stop.
10. Security
This website is a static site: it has no database, no login and no payment processing, which keeps the amount of information at risk very small. The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the accounts used to manage the site and our mailbox are protected by two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
11. Links to other sites
This site links to services operated by others, including our partner Stemlink and our accounts on X, Telegram and LINE. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal information. Please read their own policies before giving them your information.
12. Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project develops. The date shown at the top of this page indicates when it was last changed, and any significant change will be announced here.
